created for Wagnerlight. Lichtrythmus .02 is a three channel digital video artwork consisting of a custom made refraction mechanism.
consists of three discrete video channels consisting of corresponding content in response to the Wagnarian theme. The three channels consist of stunning visualised motion capture data, Walter Ruttman’s animation “Dream of the Hawks” from the 1924 Fritz Lang film “Die Nibelungen” and the slow motion of a raven taking off in flight.
